Shelter Care

ShelterCare believes that recovery from life’s challenges is possible and with support, people can reach their highest potential. We serve adults and families who are homeless and adults diagnosed with serious and persistent mental health conditions. All participants are seen as a sum total of their experience and are honored for the challenges they have overcome. Each service we provide is individualized for the unique needs of the person or family. Program participants direct their care and are empowered to make decisions that are best for them. Program teams act as a resource on behalf of those served, using the most up to date practices to achieve their goals.
